Chic at the Gym with Thursday Friday

I wish I could say that I love to work out, that yoga relaxes me, truth is, it doesn’t… but yoga is one of the only things that alleviates my back pain, so it’s a must. I get through it the same way that I get through the mundaneness of day to day life, with a cute outfit- I throw in a sock bun, some shaping leggings, my Reebok Easy tones (my favorite sneakers of all time!), some chic shades and now my adorable Thursday Friday together bag. I love to keep it cohesive and color coordinated and a little playful- who doesn’t want to take a Chanel bag everywhere? What kind of ridiculous girl actually does bring her Chanel bag to yoga? Not me, well I don’t yet have a Chanel bag… but I couldn’t bring myself to if I did have one. Thankfully this Thursday Friday Diamonds bag is as chic as a Chanel, isn’t inappropriate, and holds all my gym gear.

I love that all the bags by Thursday Friday are nicknamed cute things like “Diamonds” for the Chanel inspired, “XO” for my Celine inspired (which is sold out), and “Moto” for the Balenciaga inspired… They even have adorable vintage trunk inspired bags. These multi-use totes are perfect for the gym like I do, groceries (from the farmers market maybe?), the beach, a picnic, or for every day! They hold everything and are easily washable because they’re canvas. The coolest part is that they age really well- the longer you have the bag tho more unique and vintage-y it will become… I love something at appreciates with age, just like a real designer bag! Oh, and they’re from LA- I love it!!

P.S. There are other companies that make a similar style bag but with handles just like the bag they’re inspired by- but I like Thursday Friday’s canvas handles better because they are comfortable to carry- and these bags are big, they can take weight- if they were chain/leather they would dig into my arms or shoulders- Ouch!!
