Athleisure:

If you know me you know I don’t really wear “sweats”. Maybe like two days out of the month and those are days I literally don’t move because I’m having horrible cramps and it’s just not happening. So, on days I want to be casual I wear athleisure. It’s a great way to look sleek, put together and fashionable while still being super comfy. Matching sets are a favorite of mine because they make the look even more carefree. Two of my favorite sets are actually on super SALE here!

For Cheap:

I found a few pairs of chic leggings like these from Shein but I have to tell you these are for athleisure only. I wouldn’t try to actually work out in these $10 leggings. The fabric is a little odd and I don’t know how well they’ll hold up if you’re stretching or sprinting in them. That being said, they’re $10 so it’s kind of to be expected.

Kier Couture:

One of my favorite ways to rock athleisure is with a cute graphic tee or hat. Thankfully I have my own brand, Kier Couture so make sure you check out my store for stylish tees and accessories that are perfect for casual days! This hat is one of my favorites because the environment is so important to me. If you watched my story yesterday you’ll see how passionate I am about not littering.

I am also a freak about single use plastics, it’s so sad how much we consume!!! The worst of all the culprits are plastic single use water bottles. People who know me personally know I always have my giant reusable water bottle with me and I urge everyone to get a reusable water bottle! If you don’t have “good water” to put into your bottle and that’s holding you back, get a Brita, it actually makes a real difference in quality and taste. Oh, you need Alkaline water? Put some lemon in your water bottle. The acid in lemons turns alkaline in our bodies! Worth noting though, you can’t put lemon into a plastic bottle, (even a BPA free one) because the acid will leach out chemicals into your water and that’s a no-no. But, I have a solution! A glass reusable water bottle!
