Traffic Stopping Pants ~ Red Leather Pants

I love these pants. I’m not a huge fan of the color red, but when I saw these pants last september marked down from $258.00 to $39.99, I had to at least try them on.. seeing as though I am trying to add at least some red to my wardrobe. Then I saw why they were marked down so low… a rip, right down the crack, but just a tiny one, and I was sure my tailor could repair it… I was right! When I picked them up two days later, they looked amazing and fit like a dream. When I brought them over to Roger’s place to show him, I was reading the tag which said “100% Lamb skin” this is how our conversation went:
Me: 100% Lamb skin
Roger: Oh thats not good
Me: What? Why?
Roger: That’s Baaad
Me: oh my gosh… stop.
Roger: I really pulled a wool over your eyes with that one huh?
Me: Wow. Yes, you’re so clever..
Roger: I know, sheer genius
Me: Okay okay I herd that..

Yes, we are ridiculous and very punny- see there I go again. Anyway, when I got them I wasn’t positive on how to wear them, but it’s always okay to buy an item you’re not sure of how to wear as long as the fit is right. After wearing them in my post “Free Style” I liked how that outfit made the pants, which could look extremely sexy, look a little more toned down and innocent. So I thought I’d try to recreate that attitude- and what’s more innocent than polka dots? I really like the high back and drape front of this jacket- This was the first time I wore it, and this outfit made me so glad I splurged on a few things when I swore I wouldn’t… but then again, that’s what I do… I’m a fashion addict.

PS. This bag is like Mary Poppin’s bag- It holds much more than it looks like it would, and for only $150 for a nice leather bag- I am very happy with this purchase!
