So… as soon as I saw the Valentino Rockstuds from the spring 2015 “1973 collection” I was obsessed, I wanted them so badly but there was just no way I was going to get them. Finally once I had the opportunity to get them, they were completely sold out. When I saw these heels from SheIn for only $35, I instantly wanted them but I was a little torn, “are they a knock off?” I wondered, which is when I decided to do a but of research on the subject. According to the common consensus, if they are similar but don’t say “Valentino” or the brand name when they aren’t, they’re “inspired” but if they claim to be another brand or sport a fake logo, they are a “knock-off” I guess it’s like all those hundreds of styles of quilted shoulder bags that copy Chanel, since none of them say “Chanel” when they are not Chanel, nobody blinks. I think these look pretty different and anyone can tell at first glance they are not Valentinos and of course they don’t have any type of “Valentino” logo so I don’t feel bad wearing them, and they’re just so pretty and fun!
