Simple and Classic, Running Errands:

For me, running errands needs to be a “One Stop Shop” type of day, even though I am running around to multiple stops, I mean I like getting all the things done that I need to in one fell swoop. I don’t like having to run back and forth or taking multiple trips so I like to wear comfy clothes and shoes that can I can walk in all day, a big roomy bag to carry anything I need to send out, pick up or have with me, simple no fuss jewelry, no hair extensions so I’m super comfortable, and of course black shades and red lips to feel chic and polished.

Shop the look:

Top: Sauce. Jeans: Marciano. Shoes: Nike. Shades: Prada.
Phone Case: Marc by Marc Jacobs. Bag: H&M.
Ring: Jewelbemine, very similar. Bracelet: Express. Earrings: Bauble Bar.
Lipstick: Ruby Woo by MAC.

Trixxie-8

Fun and Flirty, Out Shopping:

I have found that I like to wear a dress whilst shopping, it’s easier to slip on and off while trying on clothes, plus if you’re trying jeans, you don’t even have to take it off! This Trixxi dress is especially perfect because it doesn’t even have any zips, it literally just pulls on and off. Comfy sneakers are vital for carrying shopping bags and this DVF tote is literally purse perfection as it has two pockets on the ends for carrying water bottles, extra room if you want to carry heels or special under garments for trying things on, sooo many pockets for staying organized with receipts, sunglasses, keys, parking ticket stubs to get validated, etc, plus, the signature twig print points out that you are wearing a designer item which I think makes sales associates treat you better, sad but true! Mirrored shades feel current and simple jewelry is vital for fitting room ease and to make sure you don’t snag anything you are trying on.

P.S. Always shop for shoes at the end of the day when your feet are swollen, if they won’t fit you when your feet are swollen, they don’t fit you.

Lunch-Date-10

Sassy and Chic, To a Lunch Date:

“Go confidently in the direction of your dreams, live the life you imagined.” has always been a favorite quote of mine. When I was being bullied in school I just kept reminding myself that someday, I would be exactly where I wanted to be, and here in Hollywood, blogging, getting to dress up every day, and go on lunch dates in the middle of the week is exactly where I want to be. I love my life and getting to be the woman I want to be. I have an amazing life, boyfriend, friends, business, It’s literally a dream come true and I am so grateful. I know this post just took somewhat of a deep turn, and it may seem strange, but it’s outfits like this that make me appreciate my life. Getting dressed in whatever I want, not being confined to a 9-5 job, having a little cleavage to show off (this is still new for me) are all things I wanted when I was a teenager, finally, I have it.

P.S. Make sure you put a napkin on your lap at lunch if your wear these babies, and stick to a subtle gloss that won’t get messed up while eating.
