So, I do want to mention a couple little things about this look. This dress is usually an evening dress that I would wear with a blazer and heels, but I think there are ways to dress an evening dress down: First, make sure it’s a light color, light blue, white, tan, these are all great colors that work equally well during day time. The next thing I look for is a light fabric, gauze, mesh, cotton, even silk if its not shiny all work great.. ¬†and the last thing I do to make evening wear work during the day is to make sure I’m wearing flats or sandals… pretty obvious that heels would look super out of place. Toss this on over a swim suit and add playful accessories and I’m set for a fancy lunch or shopping after leaving the pool or beach! (Thanks to the indian summer we are enjoying in LA)
